We collect very little. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Information you provide directly: if you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
A language preference stored in your browser, saved only if you switch between English and French. It contains no identifier, and is never sent to us.
Standard server logs kept by our host, which include visitors' IP addresses. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure; we do not analyse them or use them to build profiles of visitors.

3. How We Use This Information

To respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact page.
To keep the site available, functioning and secure.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations where an enquiry becomes a client project.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which also receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. This may involve processing outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, where it leads to a project, for the period required by French accounting law. Otherwise it is deleted on request. Your language preference remains in your browser until you clear your browsing data.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
